Man with Prostate, Lung, and Thyroid Cancer to Embark on 2600 Mile Trek

A man with three types of diagnosed cancer including stage 4 lung cancer says he will embark on a 2600 mile trek along the entire length of the Pacific Coast Trail which stretches from Mexico into Canada.

The planned trip will take roughly 4 months to complete and the hiker, John Casterline, plans to use the trek to raise money for the American Lung Association.
